Wonder Why Seven?
Thumbs, lets say, they're good only for the spacebar. And with my left-hand-index-finger still dressed on a band-aid with some antibiotic ointment, I have only Seven left to write this up. LOL
So, whats up with me ! Have been hitting the bar too frequently these days with friends, free pool, darts (not free, lol), wasting lots of money but earning a little more than earlier as well. Thats right! More Money from School! lol.
Let me talk about meeting my wonder woman at a lab recently. She's Chinese, and so cute. :D Talked to her a little. Like, what do u study? And then, nothing more : ) Man, i've been such an asshole that i cant even ask a girl her name the first time, and all i can do is, when she's not on her desk..go to the computer, see the username, search the university address book, get her name, search google, and find out her last university attended and current status. LOL . Could have found her relationship status, if only, she was on some social networking website!
But anyway, primarily, thats the point where i am stuck at right now. I know, she smiles whenever she sees me, at least greets "Hi!" and i do the same. But i wouldnt want to talk further without knowing if she's SEP or not. (Someone Else's Property). I mean to say, a graduate student whos on the extra mile PhD program, would probably have been married by now. I base this theory on seeing some of my Chinese friends, almost all Occupied.
Anyway, one fine day, i am gonna chase her down her car, onto her apartment and peek in through her window. Kidding! :D , i would probably see if she hangs out with someone else more often.
ELF, if she is single, then its YOUR GAME! AHUM! YEAH BABY! lol
Anyway, tell u what. If I really dream about her in some minutes now, its all about her smile. It KILLS! :D It fuckin' Kills!
And writing on SEVEN fingers couldnt be more easy thinking about her!

Why do i blog when drunk ?
I am not a good blogger. I blog when i am drunk, and it proves, i got nothing to share when i am not drunk. Anyway, it doesn't mean, i drink less. I frequent less even when i am drunk.
I sang on a karaoke bar today. My all time favorite "all my loving" by the Beatles. The song might have sound like a typical Asian singing in front of the whites, but what the fuck should i care. I think, i meant what i sang, and it was all good with cheers from my friends. I have totaled singing it thrice. Once in my schooling, one at my college, and this time around in a bar with lots of beautiful chicks.
I had my first stage performance in US, and i credit it for all the drinks i had.
I feel good, and i feel drunk, and i feel like blogging before i let this feeling go off me.
I love you, music. I love you, life!

2008 - a year after 2007
What important is 2008 to you?
To me: is just another year ahead.
People make new year resolutions for the upcoming year. We made a 5-day trip to enjoy the last few days we had left for 2007. 2008 starts from today: so what!!! I may even remain without partying for the start of the new year, but man, how can i miss 2007 who was just leaving then. Now that it has left, i have memories hovering; which again is sure to fade. The last few days: I created those memories. Those were good. A Good Break off all the semesters-work, research-work and what not!
Btw, the good news started with my paper being accepted for publishing in the IEEE and the semester ending: having completed all required work. 4 people, collected friends to visit, places to crash into, rented a car and zoomed off to a trip to the south. Friends wouldn't know until last few hours that we are crashing at their place for the nights. Lots of Reunions!!! Music Fiesta!!! Professor Bashes! Location Bashes! Historical Places Visit! Man, i don't know how to start.
Let me point out in brief with keywords. I know, i am that kinda person who would read this blog at some time in future and smile over the time spent on these words.
We started off at Friday. Musical Party, Wichita, KS: I played saxophone for the first time ;P (at least got a picture taken). Jammed up with my friend after like 8 years. He had instruments more than i have girls! whatever that means! LOL. It took us some time to leave Wichita as we had a flat tire. Later on came to know (after a wait for around 2 hours for the AAA to come) that it was only low on air and the cold caused it.
Visited universities, everywhere we could. Of course compared it with ours. On probability of seeing girls read novels by the fountain, and us being HAPPY seeing plenty of them around: i rank "University of Central Oklahoma", Edmond, OK, the best.
Norman stay was wonderful with barbecue on chattu's place. Location bashing continued then, each promoting their own city for the other to visit. More interestingly, the discussion concluded that there was nothing on both cities, giving a blow to Arts Center, Museums and so on that might have been on those cities : but least interesting to us.
Then, we drove further south to Texas : the land of the cowboys. We landed in for some cheap chicken biryani and tandoori: at some Indian restaurant in Texas .. oh damn!! All the time, i was skeptical about the birdie being one of the black kind. If you remember the movie "run". That was highly probable because if we had that food at our place, it would cost at least 2 hours more work with my professor. Dallas was fun! Meeting Friends was `funner`! Pulchowk Campus Reunion was the `funnest`.
Some interesting improvements over our previous trips:
- Had alcohol every night on every halts. Had so much fun talking and meeting people that there were no hangovers the other day.
- 4 People : 4 Drivers !!! A lot comfortable for all of us.
- Met lots of friends everywhere.
- With a GPS navigator, driving was a piece of cake. (though there had been discussions when there was a MAP ERROR, not software error! )
- Visited lot of universities ( Three in Oklahoma state only , UCO, OSU, OU).
- One of our friends discovered a unique idea of photography. [ Take at least 3 fast snaps on a single pose, and chose the best out of those for `facebook` ] .
- Had a nice jam up with a long-time friend. A nice comeback for our fusion concert, which we still dream to perform sometime in future.
- Friends we visited and them getting jobs! They were lucky we were there! :P
Back to Omaha, and went to a Chinese Buffet. Man, that was awesome! New Year Day, and the chinese were selling out! We had to wait for 5 minutes for a table.
Long Live Memories of 2007!!! (as if)
and Happy New Year 2008 to All! ( how could i forget)
